Competitive Solar is a local NW company located in Hood River, Oregon that specializes in financing, engineering and installation of photovoltaic (PV) systems. We are a PV solar module installer/supplier. We offer traditional poly-crystaline solar modules, as well as many new thin film modules. Thin film panels are the new evolution in solar technology. All across the world, especially in Europe thin film has taken off. In the U.S. poly-crystaline is still the standard type of photovoltaic module installed. Having the option of either module is a huge advantage to you the customer. Thin film has many advantages, the most pertinent to the Northwest is its ability to create electricity on cloudy days!
